POTBELLY: LOVE LUNCH AGAIN FUN FACT: Workers who take full lunch breaks at more productive, committed and happy. It’s true, ask science. So when we discovered 70% of us limp thru lunch at our desks, we launched a full frontal to help America Love Lunch Again.

HOLD MUSIC HACKS: We went straight at the culprit - lunchtime conference calls (if you’re on one, you’re not on lunch break). From 11-2pm est, we replaced UberConference’s hold music with songs that urged callers to hang up and go get that (Potbelly) bread. LUNCH EXCUSES / LUNCH DOUBLES: We armed folks with funny excuses to get out of lunchtime obligations, ran a contest for real wokers to be replaced with real live Lunch Doubles. And to kick it all off, we really replaced the real CEO with a lunch double during a real lunchtime Board meeting. What?

SOCIAL (LUNCH) BREAK: We convinced the ‘gram to do the unthinkable - take a social (lunch) break. At lunch o’clock on #TakeBackLunch Day, hundreds of top influencers grabbed a bite, shared our message and created a site-wide ‘lunch out’.
